This recall includes the inclined sleeper accessory included all models of the Fisher-Price Ultra-Lite Day & Night Play Yards with model numbers CBV60, CHP86, CHR06, CJK24, and DJD11. The model number can be found on the label inside the play yard and on the back of the inclined sleeper pad. This portable play yard has an inclined sleeper, changing station, and a carry bag. The inclined sleeper is the only component being recalled. The play yard itself is not affected.

Concern/Hazard


Unrestrained infants in inclined sleepers can roll from their backs onto their stomach or side (or similar circumstances), which can cause breathing difficulties.

Confirmed Incidents


no injuries or fatalities have been reported with this product. Infant fatalities have been reported with similar inclined sleeper products.

Remedy


Consumers should stop using the inclined sleeper and contact the manufacturer for a refund or voucher. The play yard and changing station components can continue to be used without the inclined sleeper accessory.
